Baked Ahi or Mahi Mahi

Ingredients:
•        2 lb. ahi or mahi mahi steaks (you may substitute salmon)
•        1/2 cup mayonnaise
•        1/4 cup finely chopped maui onions or yellow onions
•        1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
•        1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
•       
 Hawaiian Red Salt
•        Black pepper
•        1/2 cup bread crumbs


Sprinkle ahi or mahi mahi steaks with Hawaiian Red Salt and black pepper and place in baking dish (touching
each other). In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, onions, red bell pepper, cayenne pepper(optional). Spread
mixture evenly over fish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes.
