RETURN POLICY
You can return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund less
shipping cost in the original form of tender. To maintain and ensure the quality of our products,
we cannot accept returns of items once they have been opened. Please e-mail Customer Service
at returns@saltnspice.com before making a return. You must obtain a Return Authorization
Number before making a return.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning
the item to us. You will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. Please
contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization before making any returns.
Returns and Exchanges Form
Fill out a return and exchange form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
Instructions:
1) Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service via e-mail at
returns@saltnspice.com
2) Fill out Returns and Exchanges Form
3)Pack and seal your merchandise returns securely, preferably in the original package. Please
pack items with sufficient packing material such as bubble wrap or packaging peanuts to avoid
damage during shipping. Enclose receipt and Returns and Exchanges Form
4)Send to:
