Bacon-wrapped Salmon

Ingredients:

•         2 skinless salmon fillets
•         1 teaspoon
Italian Blend
•         ground black pepper        
•         2 slices of bacon

Preheat broiler and put broiler pan under broiler about 6 inches from the heat.

Sprinkle all sides of salmon fillets with the
Italian Blend and black pepper. Wrap each fillet in bacon, tucking
ends under fillet.

Place on preheated broiler pan and broil about 4 minutes on each side or until fish is cooked through and
bacon is crispy.

Serve salmon with roasted garlic mashed potatoes with spinach.
