Shipping Information
We ship to almost anywhere in the world. We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven
days a week, via our web site. All in-stock orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Time will ship
the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Hawaii Time will ship the next business
day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
In order to save you money on shipping cost, we will ship your order via USPS First Class or
Priority Mail for domestic orders and USPS Priority Mail International for international orders.
You may request for your order to be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Rates will vary according to
weight and destination. Please send us an email to request this service. You will receive an
e-mail to inform you of the actual shipping cost before we ship your order.
Most orders will arrive within the time frame shown below. Business days are Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.

USPS First Class Mail International -International Orders (7~10 business days)
USPS Express Mail (2~3 business days for domestic orders/10~15 days for international orders)

Please note that a maximum of 12 units will be shipped to an international address at any one
time. Any order of more than 12 units may be shipped in two or more shipments. We will advise
you via e-mail should this be the case.
SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBERS & ORDER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - DOMESTIC ORDERS
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail letting you know that your
order is in route to you. The e-mail will contain a delivery confirmation number. Tracking this
number will only show when the package has been shipped and when the package has been
delivered. If you have selected USPS Express Mail Service, the e-mail will contain a tracking
number for your order. You can use this number to watch the package as it makes its way to your
doorstep.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to almost anywhere in the world. Keep in mind that any orders shipped outside the
U.S.A. may be subject to import duty or taxes. Any such applicable taxes or duty are the
responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
P.O. BOXES, U.S. TERRITORIES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
For orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and Military addresses (APO, FPO),
USPS Priority Mail/First Class Mail is the only service that can deliver to you. Please make sure
you only select this option to avoid any delays in the processing of your order.
BACK-ORDERS
We do our best to keep all products in stock and ready to ship at all times. Unfortunately, there
are times when this is not possible and a product becomes back-ordered. If your order contains
an item that is back-ordered, we will not ship your order until that item comes back in stock. We
will notify you of any back-order via e-mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE
We reserve the right to hold or cancel any orders so long as the credit card number associated
with the order is not charged. For all orders shipping outside the U.S., the billing address of the
credit card used must exactly match the shipping destination address of the order or the order
will be cancelled.
